"I have hired Braswell Concierge on numerous occasions to work on my house. Most recently, Braswell replaced my home's frieze boards (the wooden trim between the top of the exterior brick wall and the roof line). My home was built in 1938, and these boards had started to rot and were being attacked by capentar bees and woodpeckers. Braswell replaced the old frieze boards with PVC boards, thus eliminating any temptation for the carpentar bees and woodpeckers. I'm very happy with their work. Also, the trades people Braswell sends to complete the work are always friendly and polite."
